How I made $160 in the first 4 days after creating my blog.
Its day 5 and since creating my first blog I used https://www.bluehost.com/ to make this website. It cost me $140 to make and purchase the url and 2 years of hosting.
In 4 day’s time I have made my first $160 of passive income. So that means I’ve already recovered my initial investment plus about $20. If you’ve ever tried making a blog of your own you would know that this is an extremely rare occurrence. Most blogs take a minimum of 3 years to produce much money at all and many of them never do.

I had a product already lined up for sale. I had a book already written and ready to publish. While learning to create and set up a profitable blog I was busy studying ways to monetize it. One of those ways is to create a product and sell it to your fan base. Digital books are usually the product of choice for two reasons #1 as the author you can make an unlimited number of copies on demand. #2 being digital they can be delivered to the customers instantly to anywhere in the world. While studying how to create and publish a book for my blog I learned how to publish a book.
Then it occurred to me a blog is little more than an advertisement, in which your fan base learns who you are, your likes your dislikes, what you stand for and what you stand against. Occasionally your audience supports you by being your customers and buying products and services that you offer.
A professional blogger’s income comes from products,and services,just like every other business in the world. The blog itself serves the purpose of letting real people know that you have something available to offer that they might want,and sets the stage for the quality of service they expect to get.
Its the products that actually earn the money and in theory any advertising could replace the role that the blog fulfills.
So with that in mind I published my first book using this very easy tool https://payhip.com and instead of bringing an audience to me I brought the product to an existing audience.
I put the link to my book up on my facebook groups. In 48 hours I had made 9 sales at $20 a piece,for a total of $180, minus the publishing fees I earned just over $160 in cold cash,and paid for my website.
