Some people wish to be normal. The way to be normal is easy just wait for it. If you wait your entire life you will be the single most boring and normal guy who ever lived.

Let me tell you being normal is great. Every morning you get to wake up early in the morning, to the sound of a noisy alarm clock, that you’re used to ignoring so you press the snooze button and let it blast you out of bed. You get up and make the same boring coffee because you don’t feel like doing anything without it. You get a quick shower, it if you’re lucky and didn’t sleep through that time, sometimes you don’t even wait for the water to get hot.

You put on your clothes and drive to work drowsy because the day before was draining and you didn’t get enough sleep,because you stayed up for one reason or another. You stop at some fast food place because you didn’t feel like cooking breakfast. You go to work, and mind your manners and work hard while you get ordered around by your boss. You get your job done later that evening so that you can pay down your mountain of bills,to keep the collectors at bay,never thinking once about saving for retirement. You pay the bills so you have food (maybe) and a roof over your head and a place to sleep, just so you can afford to go back to work the next day and do it all over again. When you get home you have a nagging wife,and rowdy kids to deal with, or worse you’re divorced and have to pay alimony or child support on top of everything else. You tell your kids the same mantra that you’ve been taught your whole life “work hard,stay in school, sit down and shut up and do what they tell you. Go to college and start out your life with $20,000 (minimum) of debt,so that one day you can (maybe) get a good job and work your whole life just like I do”. Oh and by the way you have NO job security. Your boss can up and fire you for any lame reason he wants and you have nothing that you can do about it.

Hmm ………… Maybe being normal isn’t so great after all

My advice DON’T BE NORMAL! Do something extraordinary,Work hard AND smart, Stand out, BE somebody, BE the purple cow and get noticed.
